Cindy Beata spent 25 years in sales in the Capital Equipment industry as a regional manger. She managed a territory that was responsible for one-third of the company’s sales. Due to her astute coaching, in only 18 months her team exploded from $100,000 per month in sales to $450,000. Some of Cindy’s key clients during this time were Nestle’ Corporation, Canon USA, State Farm, Albertson’s, and Rite Aid.
Synonomous with this work, she founded Beata Enterprises. This new business focused on the needs of the Commercial and Residential Builder by offering the latest in building products and lighting needs. From the ground up, Beata Enterprises grew to be a 12 million dollar sales consulting firm within two years . It continued to thrive for 15 years until Cindy was sidelined due to a major back surgery. This development prepositioned her to create the fabulous team at TEC360.
One of Cindy’s many talents is to build very successful teams. Her talent in team-building has carried through her personal life as her most successful team is her two beautiful children. Her daughter, Sarah, is a freshman at the University of St. Francis with a major in Psychology and minor in business. After years in high school competitive cheer, she is currently cheering for the university. Her son, Tommy, is a sophomore in high school. He is 6’4” at the age of 15 and YES, he plays basketball! He plans on attending Columbia College in Chicago with a major in Sports Broadcasting. Announcing during their beloved Chicago Bears games is one of his all – time favorite hobbies!
Cindy’s most recent team is the nine surprise puppies delivered by two moms. Clearly, her talent in team building did not help her foresee this new project. Her interests are veterinary costs……puppy toys, dog names and gardening. Contact Cindy at email@example.com.
